תיקון: תשנ״ה־5, תשנ״ח־4
בית המשפט יקבע את שכרו של כונס נכסים; השכר שיקבע לא יעלה על 4 אחוזים מתקבולי מימוש בדרך של מכירה, ולגבי ניהול נכס אחר, שאינו כרוך במכירה, לא יעלה על 2 אחוזים מתקבולי הכנסה.
