(בוטלה, למעט לעניין בקשה ליישוב סכסוך בין הורי הורה לבין הורה לפי תקנה 258כא1).
בן זוג שהגיש בקשה ליישוב סכסוך לא יגיש בקשה לסעד זמני נגד בן זוגו בקשר לענינים המפורטים בתקנה 258כ עד תום התקופה שההליכים מעוכבים, למעט צו מניעה לשמירת המצב הקיים או צו עיכוב יציאה מן הארץ.
