258לב. ערובה לערעור
תיקון: תשנ״ז
(א)לא יישלח כתב ערעור למשיב אלא לאחר שהמערער הפקיד במזכירות בית המשפט ערובה, להנחת דעתו של בית המשפט ובמועד שקבע להפקדה, לשם הבטחת הוצאות המשיב, אלא אם כן הורה בית המשפט אחרת.
(ב)לא הפקיד המערער ערובה במועד שנקבע, יירשם הערעור לדחיה לפני בית המשפט; הודעה על כך תומצא לבעלי הדין.
