תיקון: תשס״ח־4, תש״ע־3, תש״ע־7, תשע״א־5, תשע״ב־2
בחר הילד להשמיע את דבריו לפני שופט, רשאי השופט להחליט לשמוע את הילד בנוכחות עובד יחידת הסיוע או עובד אחר של בית המשפט; בית המשפט יערוך תרשומת של עיקרי דבריו של הילד.
