270. חקירה ותסקיר
תיקון: תשס״א־2 [341]
(א)בית המשפט רשאי להורות לפקיד סעד לערוך חקירה בכל נושא הנוגע לאימוץ ילדים שייראה לבית המשפט ולהגיש לו תסקיר בדבר ממצאי החקירה.
(ב)לא יתן בית משפט צו לפי חוק האימוץ או החלטה בערעור על צו כאמור, אלא לאחר שקיבל תסקיר בכתב מאת פקיד סעד.
