295יב. צו שנתנה רשות שיפוטית אחרת
תיקון: תשנ״ו
ניתנו צו או החלטה בנוגע לילד בידי רשות שיפוטית אחרת כאמור בסעיף 17 בתוספת לחוק, לא יביא בית המשפט בחשבון את עצם עובדת מתן הצו או ההחלטה, אולם רשאי הוא להתחשב בנימוקים להחלטה או לצו בשיקוליו בענין החזרת הילד.
