31. ייצוג על ידי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה

מקום שהיועץ המשפטי לממשלה או נציגיו רשאים על פי כל דין לייצג אדם בבית המשפט בענין מסויים, רשאים הם באותו ענין, על אף האמור בכל תקנת סדרי דין, לפתוח בשמו כל הליך, ולהגיש בשמו של המיוצג כל בקשה לבית המשפט, ככל שהמיוצג עצמו היה רשאי להם או חייב בהם על פי כל דין.
