343ח. הדיון בתובענה
תיקון: תשנ״ה־2, תשס״ו
(א)הוגש לבית המשפט הסכם גירושין, יברר בית המשפט אם הוא נעשה מרצון חופשי, יבדוק את ההסכם על פי הדין החל עליו, ורשאי הוא לאשר את ההסכם.
(ב)לא הוגש לבית המשפט הסכם גירושין יחליט בית המשפט בענייני התרת הנישואין על פי הדין החל לפי החוק.
(ג)(נמחקה).
