347. המשיבים
[363ד (א)–(ד)]
(א)בבקשת אדם המבקש קביעת גילו יהיה המשיב היועץ המשפטי לממשלה.
(ב)בבקשת אדם המבקש קביעת גילו של אדם אחר יהיו המשיבים האדם שמבקשים קביעת גילו והיועץ המשפטי לממשלה.
(ג)בבקשת היועץ המשפטי לממשלה יהיה המשיב האדם שמבקשים קביעת גילו.
(ד)אדם העלול להיפגע על ידי החלטת בית המשפט יצויין בבקשה כמשיב.
