37. חילופי בעלים

לא תיפגע תובענה על שום שתוך כדי הדיון הועבר או נסב נכס, או הועברה, נוצרה או נסבה זכות קנין או כל טובת הנאה, וברשות בית המשפט או הרשם אפשר שהמשפט יימשך בידי האדם שהנכס או הזכות הגיעו אליו או נגד אותו אדם.
