תיקון: תשס״א־6
בית המשפט הדן בבקשה לסעד זמני ייתן את החלטתו עם תום הדיון בבקשה, ולכל המאוחר חמישה עשר ימים לאחר תום הדיון; לא נתן את החלטתו במועד האמור, ייתן על כך הודעה מנומקת בכתב לנשיא בית המשפט או לסגנו.
