381. עיקול זמני לטובת תובע שזכה בתביעתו
תיקון: תשס״א־6
זכה התובע בתביעתו, ימשיך העיקול הזמני לעמוד בתוקפו עד שפסק הדין יבוצע; בפסק הדין רשאי בית המשפט או הרשם לחייב את הנתבע בהוצאות העיקול הזמני.
