392. אכיפת תשלום

כונס נכסים שלא הגיש חשבונותיו או לא שילם את הסכום המגיע ממנו, או שגרם הפסד לרכוש מתוך זדון או רשלנות, רשאי בית המשפט להורות על עיקול נכסיו, למכרם ולהשתמש בדמי המכר לסילוק כל סכום המגיע מכונס הנכסים או לכיסוי כל הפסד שגרם ואת היתרה ישלם לכונס הנכסים.
