411. השגה על החלטות שאינן פסק דין
תיקון: תש״ן [376]
לא ערער בעל דין על החלטה שאינה פסק דין והיא ניתנת לערעור ברשות בלבד, אין בכך כדי לפגוע בזכותו להשיג על אותה החלטה בבואו לערער על פסק הדין במשפט. האמור בתקנה זו לא יחול על החלטה לפי סעיף 5 לחוק הבוררות, התשכ״ח–1968.
