משהוגש כתב הערעור, יקבע הרשם של בית המשפט שלערעור את סכום הערבון שעל המערער להפקיד בבית המשפט להבטחת הוצאותיו של כל משיב ואת המועד להפקדתו וימציא למערער הודעה על כך; לענין סימן זה דין כתב ערבות בנקאית כדין ערבון.
