438. הזמן להגשה

העתקי המוצגים יוגשו –
(1)אם הורה בית המשפט על שמיעת טענות שבעל־פה – תוך חמישה עשר ימים מהיום שנמסרה למערער הודעה על השמיעה;
(2)אם לא הורה בית המשפט כאמור – יחד עם הגשת הסיכומים שבכתב.
