תיק המוצגים, יחד עם רשימה של המוצגים הכלולים בו, יוגש לבית המשפט במספר עתקים מספיק לשם המצאה למשיבים ובעוד עותק נוסף עבור בית המשפט, ואם הורה בית המשפט על שמיעת טענות שבעל־פה – בעוד שלושה עתקים נוספים עבור בית המשפט.
