478. מורשה לקבלת כתבי בי־דין

(א)כל הגר בתחומה של המדינה יכול שיתמנה מורשה לקבלת כתבי בי־דין.
(ב)מינוי כאמור יכול שיהיה מיוחד או כללי וצריך שיהא בכתב חתום ביד המרשה; הכתב, או העתק מאושר ממנו אם היה המינוי כללי, יוגש לבית המשפט.
