תיקון: תשנ״א־3 [449]
המצאת כתב בי־דין לתאגיד תהא בהנחת הכתב במשרד או במען הרשום של התאגיד, ולתאגיד שהוקם בחוק – בהנחת הכתב במשרדו של מנהל התאגיד; היה התאגיד שותפות שאין לה מען רשום – תהא ההמצאה בהנחת הכתב במקום עסקה הראשי של השותפות או במסירתו לאחד השותפים.
