67. הגשת כתב טענות

הגשתו של כתב טענות תהיה במסירה לבית המשפט כדי לצרפו לתיק התובענה, ויש למסור מספר מספיק של עתקים בשביל בית המשפט ולשם המצאה לכל אחד מבעלי הדין שכנגד, והם יומצאו לפי מענו להמצאת כתבי בי־דין; אין צורך להמציא עותק לבעל דין שהרשה בעל דין אחר לתבוע או להגן מטעמו.
