7ג. תובענה אלקטרונית
תיקון: תשס״ה־2, תשס״ו־3
(א)הליך בבית המשפט שלגביו ניתנה הודעה מטעם מנהל בתי המשפט לפי תקנה 215ו(א) יכול שייפתח בהגשת תובענה בדרך של הגשת כתב בי־דין אלקטרוני לפי פרק ט״ז; לענין זה, ”תובענה“ – לרבות ענין שהועבר לבית המשפט וערעור.
(ב)הוראות תקנה 7א(ב) עד (ד) לא יחולו על הליך שנפתח לפי תקנת משנה (א).
