15. מיזוג של חברות ממשלתיות
(א)הממשלה רשאית להביא למיזוג של שתי חברות ממשלתיות או יותר, אם ראתה שמטרותיהן חופפות או משלימות בעיקרן או שניתן להשיגן ביתר חסכון או ביתר יעילות על ידי חברה אחת.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 14(ב) ו־(ג) יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, גם על סעיף זה.
