18א. ייצוג הולם לשני המינים
תיקון: תשנ״ג־2
(א)בהרכב דירקטוריון של חברה ממשלתית יינתן ביטוי הולם לייצוגם של בני שני המינים.
(ב)עד להשגת ביטוי הולם לייצוג כאמור, ימנו השרים, ככל שניתן בנסיבות הענין, דירקטורים בני המין שאינו מיוצג באופן הולם באותה עת בדירקטוריון החברה.
