38. הצהרת רכוש
מי שנתמנה מנהל כללי של חברה ממשלתית יצהיר, במועד, בדרך ובצורה שנקבעו בתקנות, על הנכסים, החובות ומקורות ההכנסה שלו, של בן זוגו שחי עמו ושל ילדיו הסמוכים על שולחנו; כן יצהיר כאמור על שינויים מהותיים בנתונים אלה.
