49. סמכויות ומעמד
(א)הדירקטוריון יקבע את תפקידיו וסמכויותיו של המבקר הפנימי.
(ב)המבקר הפנימי יהיה כפוף ליושב ראש הדירקטוריון ולמנהל הכללי ויגיש את דו"חותיו והצעותיו לדירקטוריון.
