7. רישום החברה
חברה שמסמכי היסוד שלה מראים שהיא חברה ממשלתית לא תירשם אלא אם הוגשה לרשם החברות תעודה של הרשות המאשרת שהממשלה החליטה על הקמת החברה ושמסמכי היסוד תואמים את החלטת הממשלה; הוגשה תעודה כאמור, יסווג הרשם את החברה כחברה ממשלתית.
