תיקון: תשע״ט
(א)הפר אדם צו הפסקה מינהלי או צו הפסקה שיפוטי, דינו – מאסר שנתיים.
(ב)הפר אדם תנאי מתנאי רישיון לעיסוק בקנבוס, דינו – מאסר שנתיים או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(3) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977; עבירה כאמור היא מסוג העבירות של אחריות קפידה.
