27. הפרעה לכניסה ולבקורת
תיקון: תשל״ט, תשמ״ט
לא יסרב אדם ליתן למנהל כניסה לחצרים כאמור בסעיף 26, לא יפריע ולא יעכב בעצמו או על ידי אחר כניסת המנהל כאמור, ולא יימנע מהציג, לפי הדרישה, את כל מלאי הסמים המסוכנים שבהחזקתו או בשליטתו, את הרשומות והפנקסים שעליו לקיימם ומסמכים אחרים שדרש המנהל הנוגעים לעסקאותיו בסמים מסוכנים. העובר על הוראות סעיף זה, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
