35. חילוט חובה
הורשע אדם בעבירה לפי פקודה זו או תקנות לפיה, יצווה בית המשפט על חילוטם של הסמים המסוכנים, המקטרות והכלים האחרים שלגביהם נעברה העבירה, והם יושמדו או ייעשה בהם בדרך אחרת, הכל כפי שייראה לבית המשפט.
