10. עידוד חניכות
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)שר העבודה רשאי לתת תעודת הוקרה, בנוסח שיקבע, לאדם שחניכיו הצטיינו בהתקדמותם במקצוע ובבחינות או לאדם שבהדרכתו עבד חניך כאמור.
(ב)בקביעת ההכנסה החייבת במס של אדם שהוציא, באישור השר, בשנה שקדמה לשנת שומה מסויימת, הוצאת הון לרכישת ציוד בקשר להעסקת חניכים במפעל, ינוכה מאותה הכנסה כל שנה, במשך חמש שנים מאותה שנת שומה ואילך, סכום של 20% מן ההוצאה האמורה.
