תיקון: תשל״ב
הממונה על החניכות ינהל פנקס שייקרא ”פנקס החניכים“ וירשום בו את הפרטים שנכללו בהודעה שנמסרה לפי סעיף 11. הפנקס יהיה פתוח לעיון ללא כל אגרה לכל אדם בכל עת המתקבלת על הדעת.
