12. תפקידי המועצה
תיקון: תשע״ב
המועצה –
(1)תתווה את המדיניות וקווי הפעולה של שירות התעסוקה ותפקח על פעולות הרשויות של שירות התעסוקה;
(2)תהיה רשאית ליזום ולהמליץ לפני השר על פעולותבתחום שירות התעסוקה;
(3)תהיה רשאית להמליץ לפני השר על התקנת תקנות;
(4)תמלא את שאר התפקידים המוטלים עליה בחוק זה או בתקנון השירות.
