20. פעולות המנהל בשם השירות
פעולה או סמכות שחוק זה, התקנות או תקנון השירות לא ייחדו אותה לכל רשות אחרת, רשאי מנהל השירות לעשותה או להשתמש בה בשם שירות התעסוקה.
