תיקון: תשל״ז, תשנ״א
המבקש להיות רשום בלשכת שירות התעסוקה כבעל מקצוע, יוכיח את הכשרתו המקצועית ודרגתה או סוגה על ידי תעודת מקצוע שניתנה לפי פרק זה, אך אין הוראה זו חלה על מקצוע שבעליו חייבים על פי חיקוק ברשיון הניתן על סמך הכשרתם המקצועית.
