53. תכנית בחינות של השר
תיקון: תשע״ב
השר רשאי – לאחר שהתייעץ בארגון העובדים המייצג את המספר הגדול ביותר של עובדים במדינה במקצוע פלוני ובארגון שהוא, לדעת השר, ארגון המעבידים היציג הנוגע בדבר – לקבוע תכנית בחינות למקצוע, ומשעשה כן, יהיו הבחינות לאותו מקצוע לפי התכנית שנקבעה.
