63ב. דחיית החלטה לענין מתן רישיון או החלטה שלא לחדשו, בשל הליכים פליליים
תיקון: תשס״ה
היה לשר יסוד סביר להניח שמבקש רישיון, בעל רישיון, או בעל תפקיד בכיר או בעל ענין באחד מהם, עבר עבירה כאמור בסעיף 63א(א)(3), ומתנהלים נגדו הליכים פליליים בקשר לאותה עבירה, רשאי הוא לדחות את החלטתו לענין מתן הרישיון או להחליט שלא לחדש את הרישיון, לפי הענין, עד לסיום ההליכים כאמור; לענין זה, ”הליכים פליליים“ – החל בפתיחה בחקירה על פי דין.
