13. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)שר העבודה ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצועו.
(ב)תקנות לפי חוק זה יכול שיהיו לגבי כלל העובדים או המעסיקים או לגבי סוגים מהם.
