21. מותב בית הדין הארצי
תיקון: תשס״ז
מותב של בית הדין הארצי ייקבע על ידי נשיא בית הדין; אב בית הדין יהיה מי שיושב בדין, שהוא הראשון מבין אלה:
(1)נשיא בית הדין;
(2)סגן נשיא בית הדין;
(3)נשיא לשעבר של בית הדין, ואם כמה נשיאים לשעבר יושבים בדין – הוותיק שביניהם, ובין בעלי ותק שווה – הקשיש שבהם;
(4)סגן לשעבר לנשיא בית הדין, ואם כמה סגנים לשעבר יושבים בדין – הוותיק שביניהם, ובין בעלי ותק שווה – הקשיש שבהם;
(5)הוותיק שבשופטים, ובין בעלי ותק שווה – הקשיש שבהם.
