9. תחילת החופשה
תיקון: תשע״ד־2
(א)תאריך תחילת החופשה ייקבע לפחות ארבעה עשר יום מראש, ומשנקבע התאריך, ירשום אותו המעסיק בפנקס המתנהל על פי סעיף 26, אם הוא חייב לנהל פנקס כזה.
(ב)סעיף זה אינו חל על חלקי חופשה של פחות משבעה ימים.
