תיקון: תשס״ה־8
חוק זה מטרתו להסמיך באופן הדרגתי את בית המשפט המחוזי בשבתו כבית משפט לענינים מינהליים לדון בענינים מינהליים הנדונים בבית המשפט העליון בשבתו כבית משפט גבוה לצדק או בבתי משפט אחרים, על ידי שופטים של בית המשפט המחוזי שייקבעו לצורך זה, ולפי סדרי דין מיוחדים שייקבעו.
