תיקון: תשע״א
לא יתן בית משפט צו לפי חוק זה אלא לאחר שקיבל תסקיר בכתב מאת עובד סוציאלי לפי חוק האימוץ, והוראות סעיפים 3 עד 6 לחוק הסעד (סדרי דין בעניני קטינים, חולי נפש ונעדרים), התשט״ו–1955, יחולו בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
