28ד. חובת נאמנות
תיקון: תשנ״ו, תשנ״ו־2, תשנ״ח־2
בפעילותה לפי חוק זה תנהג עמותה מוכרת בתום לב, במסירות ולפי הוראות כל דין, תוך הבטחת טובת הילד וכיבוד זכויותיו היסודיות, לרבות אלה המוכרות במשפט הבינלאומי; העמותה המוכרת תשא בחובת נאמנות גם כלפי מי שפנה אליה בבקשה לאמץ ילד או כלפי מי שכבר אימץ ילד באמצעותה, כל עוד לא יפגע הדבר בחובת הנאמנות כלפי הילד.
