28ו. ועדה מייעצת
תיקון: תשנ״ו, תשנ״ו־2
(א)שר העבודה והרווחה, בהסכמת שר המשפטים, ימנה ועדה, אשר תייעץ לו בענין האימוץ הבין־ארצי, ובכלל זה הכרה בעמותה, ביטול או התליה של הכרה בעמותה, קביעת הנחיות מקצועיות וכללים לדרכי עבודתה של עמותה מוכרת ופיקוח עליה (להלן – ועדה מייעצת).
(ב)מספר חברי הועדה המייעצת לא יעלה על שבעה, ורוב חבריה יהיו מי שאינם עוסקים באימוץ בין־ארצי; הרשות המרכזית תהיה חברה בועדה המייעצת.
