מצאה עמותה מוכרת כי מבקש שהגיש בקשה לאימוץ בין־ארצי אינו כשיר לאמץ כאמור, תודיע על כך למבקש ותעביר לרשות המרכזית, במועד המוקדם האפשרי, את חוות דעתה בדבר אי כשירותו של המבקש לאמץ.
