28כז. הפסקת פעילות
תיקון: תשנ״ו, תשנ״ו־2, תשנ״ח־2
(א)החליטה עמותה מוכרת להפסיק את פעילותה באימוץ בין־ארצי, תמסור על כך הודעה בכתב לרשות המרכזית שלושה חודשים לפחות לפני המועד שקבעה לסיום פעילותה.
(ב)הפסיקה עמותה מוכרת את פעילותה באימוץ בין ארצי, או בוטלה או הותלתה ההכרה בה, תעביר לרשות המרכזית את כל תיקי המבקשים ותיקי הילדים שנמסרו לאימוץ בין־ארצי ואת כל המסמכים שבידיה הנוגעים לאימוץ הבין־ארצי.
(ג)הודעה על הפסקת פעילותה של עמותה מוכרת לפי סעיף זה תפורסם ברשומות.
