29. פנקס אימוצים
כל צו־אימוץ, לרבות צו שסעיף 31 חל עליו, וכל ביטול של צו־אימוץ יירשמו בפנקס שינוהל בידי רשם שימנה לכך שר המשפטים; פרטי הרישום וצורתו ייקבעו בתקנות.
