11א. חקירות
תיקון: תש״ל
שר המשטרה רשאי להסמיך, בצו כללי או מיוחד, ולתקופה שלא תעלה על 12 חדשים, מפקח שנתמנה לפי סעיף 10, לערוך חקירות לשם מניעת עבירות על חוק זה והתקנות שהותקנו על פיו או לשם גילוין, ומפקח כאמור יהא רשאי להשתמש בכל הסמכויות הנתונות לקצין־משטרה בדרגת מפקח ומעלה לפי סעיף 2 לפקודת הפרוצדורה הפלילית (עדות).
