15. סמכות לשלם פיצויים
תיקון: תש״ל
(א)שר החקלאות רשאי להעניק פיצויים בעד צמחים, מוצרי־צמחים או אמצעי־לוואי שהושמדו כדין לפי חוק זה.
(ב)הרואה עצמו נפגע מהחלטת שר החקלאות לפי סעיף־קטן (א) – למעט החלטה שלא להעניק פיצויים בכלל – רשאי לערור לפני ועדת־ערר שנתמנתה לענין סעיף 2ד על שווי הנזק שנקבע לו.
(ג)ועדת הערר רשאית לקבל את הערר, כולו או מקצתו, או לדחותו.
