תיקון: תשכ״ו
דין דרישת תשלום, בכל הנוגע להוצאה לפועל, לזכות הערעור ולכל דבר אחר, כדין פסק־דין של בית־משפט בתביעה אזרחית לתשלום הסכום הנקוב בדרישת התשלום, אלא שהגשת ערעור תעכב את ההוצאה לפועל; הוגש הערעור לבית־משפט מחוזי לא תהיה החלטתו ניתנת לערעור נוסף.
