4. מקומות אסורים
(א)לא יצוד אדם בתחום חמש מאות מטר ממחנה, מגן ציבורי ומבית הנמצא בתחום יישוב, או בתחום מאה מטר מבית אחר או מבית קברות.
(ב)לא יצוד אדם ביריה העשויה לפגוע בחוטי רשת החשמל, טלפון וטלגרף.
